In this episode of Dharma Dudes, Rocky and I discuss all the things that are going on in the world right now including the epic social movement and pandemic. As yoga teachers we ask ourselves, how should we show up right now? There’s lots of conflict and opposing opinions. It takes listening to ourselves and others AND doing the work. There’s the inner work and there’s the outer work. And as uncomfortable as it may be, we gotta do both. Tune into the convo and listen to how we are learning, growing, and showing up in the yoga world.
